Singles Game night

A friend of mine asked me to host a Singles Game Night at her game shop in Oakland. I was wondering if I could get some feedback from the peanut gallery.

Please comment if you have any thoughts to share on this idea. I am especially looking for ideas of how to promote this as well as suggestions for good games to play.

Thinking back to the days of Inn Yard a lot of good games that we did had a lot of interaction, prompting to talk to each other.

Flux might be a good place to start since a new edition just came out.

But I would think any sort of game board, card, rpg, that got a medium sized group of people to play together would be good. However I have visions of 1 or 2 women surrounded by a dozen men. =/

When I first read this entry I got all excited at the thought of roll playing games for single to meet and mingle. I've always wanted to do roll playing ever since I was in high school, but the guys in my school didn't think I was cool enough to play with them Boo Hoo.
So my vote is for roll playing games! yea, that's all I've got.
