Silly looksmart. They need to realize just how much you are providing. You have been doing Sr. level work there for a while, from what I can tell, and with your coworker leaving you are going to be doing even more. They had better make-up for that.
Congratulations on your promotion, SENIOR Art Director! I hope it came with a commensurate increase in fiscal advantage. Let's at least hope hope it doesn't come with senior moments. : )
How long until you get to be an Executive Senior Art Director? If there isn't such a title, you can probably just add it.
Did you get anything useful with your promotion, like more paid time off or a raise? If not, I thumb my nose at your supeiors in your name, and congradulate you reguardless. See you this evening.
