I now have the coveted Sr. in front of my title.

Go me!

Yay for you.

Silly looksmart. They need to realize just how much you are providing. You have been doing Sr. level work there for a while, from what I can tell, and with your coworker leaving you are going to be doing even more. They had better make-up for that.

Congratulations on your promotion, SENIOR Art Director! I hope it came with a commensurate increase in fiscal advantage. Let's at least hope hope it doesn't come with senior moments. : )

How long until you get to be an Executive Senior Art Director? If there isn't such a title, you can probably just add it.

I don't think art directors want to be executive anything (unless they want to be or are an executive tranvestite), but maybe that is just me.

Did you get anything useful with your promotion, like more paid time off or a raise? If not, I thumb my nose at your supeiors in your name, and congradulate you reguardless. See you this evening.

T.

Yes, a raise was part of the deal. %5 even. PTO does not come until I have Director in front of my title (I know, I asked during my last review).

Director of Senior Art?
Botticelli for Bluehairs? Frescos for Fogies?

Better than many of the musicians that come to the farmers market here, but also louder.
