Late Brenzy + lunch
Jun. 17th, 2004 01:06 pmNaturalist John Burroughs was addressing your current needs when he wrote the following: "The lesson which life constantly enforces is 'Look underfoot.' You are always nearer to the true sources of your power than you think. The lure of the distant and the difficult is deceptive. The great opportunity is where you are. Every place is the center of the world." Let's finish up this little pep talk, Taurus, with some advice from Theodore Roosevelt: "Do what you can, with what you have, where you are."
From Free Will Astrology, Taurus (thanks for reminding me, zhaneel)
How I am expressing this today is by sharing salad ingredients with a co-worker. She had salad greens, veggies, and dressing, to which we added my StarKist Zesty Lemon Pepper Tuna and some Gorganzola cheese. A very healthy and yummy lunch, without either of us having go out and buy more ingredients. We are going to try to do this more often since it saves money and is healthy, not to mention time saved standing in line at some restaurant. Those StarKist Tuna Creations™ in the stay-fresh pouches are sure handy. I think I will have to stock-up. There is a turkey pouch out there too (can't find a link), although I have yet to find any with flavors.
