Catching up

raganiYeah, there are a bunch of LJ post topics floating around in my head, of which many will never make it to see the light of day mainly because I am busy/lazy. This will have to do for the time being.
Recap of last weekend:
My birthday scavenger hunt was fun. I would like to thanksilverkunfor putting it together, and despite a data crash/loss that left him having to do most of it on the fly in the end, we all had a good time. My team won, although by a slight margin, and I owe ariockand tsgeiselfor helping make that happen. Being the birthday girl helped too. The only injury (known to me) was a skinned knee I earned trying unsuccessfully to avoid being hit in laser tag.
Sunday at the Makers Faire was almost overstimulating. There is so much to see that it is hard to feel like you are able to do it justice. It is even harder to be very social when there are so many shiny things to see. I did get to hang out some withnjohnson(sorry I lost you at the end there!), xthread, inside_edge, (lunch at Makers Faire seems to be a tradition now) and of course, gardengirl_34 who joined me at the last minute.
This coming weekend:
Withpsyche7772moving out this weekend, things are kind of crazy at home. I did promise inside_edgesome custom temp-tats (not in henna though) for his steam-punk costume at BayCon, so it looks like I will be making it to the con after all, at least on Saturday. Who else will be there for the Masquerade? I will have my supplies on hand for making temp tats so let me know if you are interested. Tips are welcome to help defray to cost of attending.
Sunday should find me closer to home, but I am not sure in what capacity. I need to get a bunch of work done for a client this weekend, so I doubt it will be terribly social. Monday may be the same, although I do want to make sure to give some time to address some move related stuff.
