I have not one, but three different birthday events for three different friends happening, two tonight, and I am not feeling well enough for any of them. Although not full blown anything, I have an irritating sore throat, which started last night. I feel that all the junk food I had yesterday did not help, but I otherwise don't know where this came from.

Drat! And I was looking forward to eating the pumpkin dish at Kabul tonight. Even Bucco de Bepo's sounded good.

Well, I guess I can at least save the money, which is in short supply at the moment.
