Anyone got $3 million (Canadian)?

raganiAlthough I doubt it possible, I can still dream big when I imagine buying Kwaikans Island in BC. Seems this is the next big property push though, and I expect even the smaller ones are going to be hard to come by soon.
Actually, I am much more interested in Gambier Island (in Howe Sound, just north of Vancouver), as it seems perfect for what I envision. Now, that one seems slightly more attainable as well, and would only be just under $1,000,000 (CND) each for 66 investors (to quote the description: "A wonderful exclusive retreat, a great group purchase or just a good investment for the development potential", which each of us getting about 4 acres). It also has two nature reserves already, and is part of a land trust. There is also already a ferry that goes there, and some established roads.
I still am not sure what all is really for sale here, or how to go about affording it, but an ecofriendly sustainabilty obsessed girl can dream, cant I?
