I interviewed at another temp agency today. They also place long-term and perm positions, so it could lead to something solid eventually. Although I had to call them to let them know I was running late, and ended-up getting there an hour late, the interview seemed to go well. The processing included the standard test for the major applications, all three I know well. I got over 90% on Illustrator and QuarkXpress, which is above the average. But what made me, and, of course, the interviewer, the most pleased was that I got 100% on the Photoshop test. Not only had she never seen a 100%, but she noted that I took less than 15 minutes (they give 35 minutes to complete the test).

Go me!

Now to see if this leads to my dream job where I get to play in Photoshop all day and get paid the big bucks to do so.

Where are you registered?
I am with Aquent, Visuals and trying to get The Creative Group on board. I also have lines into Adecco and Innovations.

I am signed-up with Visuals (on an assigment right now, in fact) MacPeople, and The Creative Group. I am also signed-up with 24Seven. I still need to sign-up with Aquent; I used to be with them when they were MacTemps years ago. I have yet to try Adecco or Innovations. Let me know what you think about them if you do end up working with them.

The Creative Group was where I was interviewing yesterday.

Hm. If they place Photoshop people, I should point [livejournal.com profile] blackfyr their way. He's been learning that app as part of his copious spare time lately.
