True, but sometimes, exploding can be therapeutic. If you can do it without exploding, though, even better.

I already feel like I am likely to explode, but from in here, it does not feel all that therapeutic. More like when you have gas, the feeling you have before you can finally release that pent-up air (you hope). It could either be a relief, or a bigger mess.
