You still beat me and eeyore. I don't think she will be coming with the plumber tonight, since I have not heard anything, but since you are there now, keep an eye out for them.
As it happens, Cortney was delayed so we did not leave until past 7pm so I was around. The landlady apparent knocked at the door but I did not notice her until Chad arrived.
