Another Harry Potter Halloween

fresne, gardengirl_34 and anyone else who wants to participate: The Harry Potter Halloween in West Portal is in the works again for this year. I have been asked to invite any and all who wish to return or attend for the first time in suitable Potterverse costumes. I will be reprising my role as Fleur Delacour and hope to see the return of Luna Lovegood flogging The Quibbler and the Lady in the Portrait interacting will all the kids heading into the Gryffindor Common Room (such a hit last year!).
