Get your game on!

This looks like way too much fun!

And the initial assignment is on the weekend of my birthday. So I will say it now, this is what I want to do to celebrate my birthday: a group of friends (me plus 5 others) who are good at games to create a team. We have to sign-up by March 10 so I need commitment real soon. My brother is doing this with some of his friends already.

There is no way I could do this by myself, and it takes some rather clever people to make a team, so the question is, are you up for the challenge?

I must be bored to spend the time taking this test. The questions were interesting, and a lot more probing than some quizzes, so I guess there is some chance of truth here.

I find it interesting that the results say I have more of an engineering mind than artistic mind.

Assignment

I will be working on an assignment in Danville for the next week or so.

Work = good.
Commute to Danville = could be worse.

Must get enough sleep tonight, although I am happy to say I did last night, so I hope to keep up the trend.

The Game...

My brother, who told me about the game I mentioned before sent me a link to a past game that he has played that posted all the clues and solutions afterwards. If this is any indication of what we are up against, I am scared. Wow that game would have been so way beyond me. So, with enough really smart people on the team, we might even enjoy ourselves, but I have no illusions of actually doing well.

So far I have the interest of silverkun. I have a couple of other people I think may be good who are not on LJ, but I need to ask them first. Is there anyone else out there who thinks this sounds like fun, and not just in a slapstick/this-is-really-a-bad-idea kind of way?

Part of the application process involves creating a team video, so we would need to get on this right away.
