giving thanks

So, instead of having Thanksgiving with my family on Thursday, we are having it today. The house smells delightfully of spiced cider, and other yummy food smells. My brother is working on the turkey and mashed potatoes and abditus just came up to give me a taste of the banana ice cream he made. Yum!

And I was worried we would not have Thanksgiving left-overs to eat.

I am thankful that I usually enjoy spending time with my family and that we made an effort to get together this year anyway, even if it was not on Thursday.
