Plea for weekend help to assemble a bed

raganiMy bed has arrived, and it is one big puzzle that needs to be lacquered before I even start putting it together. I am looking forward to having this bed together and in place, as it has drawers underneath that I could really use for my clothes.
It is an old waterbed frame, that was delivered Monday by a friend of my mother's, and used to belong to my uncle. It has seen many years of use and is a bit scratched-up. According to my uncle, a layer of lacquer will make the difference in how it looks.
Saturday, I might have plans, but I was wondering if anyone might be willing to come over Sunday and help me lacquer and assemble my bed. I will happily provide lunch and/or dinner for all who come by to help, even if mainly to keep me company (and make sure I put on my sun block!).
Having my bedroom finally set-up will make a big difference in my day-to-day sanity. Pulling myself up from a matress on the floor in the morning is getting old, and I really want to put the rest of my clothes away.
