raganiMy boyfriend got me an iPod! The same model I gave him for his birthday, even. I had not really thought about getting one for myself, but I am delighted all the same. In fact, it shows a better understanding of me then I would have thought, since I had all sorts of reasons why I should not get one for me (mainly the cost v value) but he thought of all sorts of ways I would want to use it I had not considered (portable hard drive...).
My dad got me the latest upgrade for Photoshop. Yeah! There are so many cool new features I have been dying to use. Way cool, dad.
In a similar vein, I offered my granddad digital photo editing lessons for his present, and he took me up on it. Now to figure out a clear way to describe how to use layers, since it turns out, that is what he wants to learn.
The whole family was very impressed with the family calendar I put together for them. It had pictures of everyone, birthdays for all the family, and a phone list.
