This has got to be one of the few useful memes I have seen lately. The more people in my social circle who could potentially ever order a pizza with me that fill this out, the better chance we might actually use this some day in a real life pizza-ordering occasion.

Perfect! I got a chicken cooking dutifully at home, and a fresh baguette from the farmers market today. Salad would be a great addition.
