health & fitness filter

abditus wrote about the 24 Hour Fitness membership knows, I recently joined a gym. It is something that I have resisted for a while. I have had gym memberships before, but I tend to find them pricey and unless there is someone I can go with, I tend not to make the effort. Since abditus was primarily planning to go in the morning at the one near his work, I figured this was not the work-out buddy that I needed, but after he got the membership, he kept mentioning going on weeknights and weekends. Well, last Thursday we finally decided to do just that, and ended up at the Berkeley 24 Hour Fitness where I did end-up with a new membership.
I have been kicking around the idea of posting my gym experiences, as some friends on LJ seem to do. I don’t intend to just list how many reps I did on what machine, although if that is relevant to a post I might. I am likely to also want to talk about diet and my health in general. I would not mind feedback or comments about shared experiences at all, and in fact look forward to them.
So, my question: Would any of you want to be in my health and fitness filter?

And who knows, maybe occationally we can work out together.. I have an all gyms membership so I'm we're in the same area....
