I am so angry at SBC and Cingular right now!!!!!
Anyone out there happy with their mobile phone company and want to make some recommendations? Now that I can keep my phone number when I switch, it might be worth it to look into changing.
Ditto. I've been with Verizon through 3 phones. Their replacement under warranty roxors, they offer insurance at a very reasonable rate. You may have to escalate a few times to get someone who can ACTUALLY MAKE CHANGES to bills/accounts, but everyone I've ever spoken to there is friendly, takes the time to listen, and never, not ONCE have I ever been told I need to hang up and call some other number.
Hold times tend to suck, but that's probably a universal. Oh, and I've never been hung up on by their system.
