Work is eating my life, so I have not had time to do much else these days. If I have forgotten anything important, let me know.

I think I will make time for a beer tonight, though. Dr. Weil seems to think it will help.

After watching my maternal grandmother decline due to Alzheimers starting in her 50s, I know I don't want that fate for myself or anyone.
