Fleur Delacour

So, it has been decided that I need to be Fleur Delacour for the Harry Potter themed block event in San Francisco that a friend of mine helps host. They coordinate a block wide Halloween even that is widely attended. Last year I went as a random witch, which was easy enough to put together. However, Fleur will take more effort. Finding an image of her showing off her various outfits clearly was a challenge. Below are the ones I found. I think it will be easiest to put together one of the sporty uniforms as they are the most straight forward, but any suggestions or help are welcome.

You should contact Johanna (aka britgeekgrrl) about this - she might know of some resources.

I think the travel uniform looked spiffiest, but, then, I don't have to make it.

But a light blue suit with a half-cape and a jaunty hat might be enough.

As for choosing the best costume, that would depend on what is available on hand, which would look best on you to complete the look, and how much time you need to pull it all together.

gardengirl33 promised to help me make the Travel uniform, which, in my opinion is the most challenging, but she thinks should be easy enough. I am almost done, and I am not sure it was the easiest choice, but it is turning out nice so far. Now for the tedious details that pull it together.
