mmmmm, beer foamy!

I will, no doubt, post more about the trip to Portland later.

In the meantime, since one of the reasons to go visit Portland was to hang out with friend egonbrauer I will give you this post about the beer blog he started. So far I have enjoyed what I read, and think more people should be reading and giving him feedback and encouragement to keep it going.

That, and spreading the word for others to read. To help with reading it I created the obligatory rss feed keggedavenger so all of us can enjoy it here in LJ land.

Lark Camp...

Although I have not received an official word, the unofficial word is that we effectively have all the people we will need for Lark Camp kitchen crew. If you have sent in your info and not heard back from Don, be patient as he still has some e-mails to review.

On the other hand, please be warned that he is shopping for experienced and skilled people out of those e-mails. That does not necessarily mean you have to have worked at Lark before, but that you have worked in a kitchen or some such before. If you did send Don an e-mail, and have not heard back, but did not mention your experience, please send him another message letting him know all about it.
